Need a little Friday pick-me-up? Here, have some celeb quickies to tide you over into the weekend.Miley Cyrus recently stepped out (with a cigarette in hand! crying shame) showing off a new tattoo on her ribcage, leading everyone to wonder just what she'd had inked. Now, a friend has come forward to dish on Miley's biggest tattoo yet: it's a dream catcher. Apparently, Miley has one hanging above her bed. The one tattooed on her side has four feathers on it -- one for each of her brothers and sisters. (She left out her half brother, Christopher Cody, a child that Billy Ray had before marrying her mother.)
It's Miley's fourth tattoo. She also has "Just breathe" inked below her breast, "LOVE" on her ear, and a heart tattoed on her pinkie finger. [Popdash]
Good news for Bruno Mars fans: if he behaves, he won't have to go to jail. The singer was busted with cocaine last year, but his lawyers have reached a deal with the judge, and the charge will be wiped from his record if he stays out of trouble for one year. [TMZ]
Tia Mowry, star of "The Game," reveals that her baby on the way is... a boy! Hubby Cory Hardict says, "Tia and I are very excited to be bringing life into this world. Just thinking about my child coming here brings a tear to my eyes and I will try to be the best father in the universe!" [Just Jared]
The apple doesn't fall far from the tree, particularly when that tree is awesome. Willow Smith says that her favorite song is her dad Will's 1988 hit "Parents Just Don't Understand"... despite the fact that her own parents are pretty cool. "They won't be like, 'Willow, clean your room.' They'll be like, 'Willow, will you please clean your room,'" she says. "And I'll be like, 'Ok' and do it." [Us]

In the ONLY picture currently available where you can see Mileys new tattoo, she is holding a handbag with both hands.
So are you blatantly lying and using a different picture just to try to A. slander a 18 year old girl, or B. boost your hits on this site?
This site is the ONLY website that mentions a cigarette in regards to her Tattoo, and the only time Miley has being photographed with a cigarette was while filming her movie LOL.
I just think that its pathetic that an adult would feel the need to gossip and lie about a teen girl.

@Maddi, it's a good instinct to mistrust everything Zap2it.com says, not because they make things up--they are not original enough to be that creative. This site simply copies stories from other sites that do the real reporting, in this case, X-17, which is a paparazzi photo agency that follows stars around like stalkers. And this is not the first time Miley's been caught smoking out in public. There was the report from E! last November. These gossip sites make up a lot of lies about celebs, but this time there's an image to go with the story. The real question is: is this any of your business, or mine, or the mass media's? The answer is no. This is still a country with rights and an adult still has the right to smoke any legal drug, including tobacco and salvia and it's no one's business but the person doing it. You are allowed to have an opinion, but so am I, and my opinion is that all of these holier-than-thou people commenting on Miley's behavior ought to pay more attention to themselves and less to others.

I was hoping that she would remain wholesome, but I can see she is falling into the same trap/lifestyle as the other trashy celebs. It's ashame too, she is a beautiful girl and I thought her parents had a handle on her life and were supposed to be there every step of the way and not supposed to let this happen.
