Elycia Turnbow: Frankie Muniz allegedly punches girlfriend
So much for that "Malcolm in the Middle" kid we all remember.TMZ is reporting that Frankie Muniz and girlfriend Elycia Turnbow are in the middle of a colossal he said, she said battle of domestic violence.
According to a police report filed in Phoeniz, AZ on Friday (Feb. 11), the couple argued about "prior relationships," leading Muniz to grab a gun and hold it to his head "possibly with the intent of committing suicide."
Turnbow says she became frightened and called a bandmate to bring her boyfriend to the hospital.
Muniz however says that he was taken to the hospital after falling and hitting his head as a result of Turnbow screaming at him. He denied holding a gun to his head, but does acknowledge "I grabbed the case, but not the gun... it isn't even loaded."
After his 10 PM hospital release, Muniz returned to the house and allegedly punched Turnbow in the back of the head and threw her against a bedroom wall.
Muniz' defense? "I love her too much. She is the woman I want to marry."
He also says that Turnbow woke him by "yelling at him and hitting him in the face," before she supposedly fell to the ground and kicked the bedroom door.
According to police there are no visible injuries and both parties were told they'd go to jail if it ever happens again.
Yikes. Can anyone recommend a good relationship counselor?

Yea ever since malcolm ended there hasnt been much good news for him. I can see him being an addict of something or in jail soon.

I'm not saying racism doesn't exist Damn Shame- but the biggest thing here is that there were no visible injuries. It's pretty much a he said-she said case. In Chris Brown's case there were CLEARLY visible and extensive injuries. These are two completely different cases here.

Arizona law is zero tolerance for domestic violence. Visible injuries in AZ are not necessary. If the police show up for a loud arguement, on a domestic violence call, by law one party is booked and released the following day. Zero tolerance....that is for us lower class citizens.
This is a response to DamnShame's comment. There was a complete difference. Frankie threatened to kill himself or at the least held a gun to his own head. The girl had no bruises and neither did he so it was a case of he said she said. Did you look at Rehann's pic. She had a fat lip and was black and blue. They didn't hit each other (which would be bad) but Chris BEAT THE CRAP OUT OF RHEANNA AND CHOCKED HER!!! Sorry no racism just a completely different set of circumstances. YOU ARE THE RACIST.
another case of a celebrity child gone wild. she hits him, he wants to marry her and why? because it hurts so good,is the only reson that comes to mind. besides hollywood is a whole different culture the average joe would not and could not understand.
Before I saw the pic I knew she was hispanic...very overly jealous. Run Frankie before you become the next Mel Gibson.
