Tom Brady to undergo foot surgery
Looks like Tom Brady will be keeping his man-Uggs in the closet for a little while longer. The Patriots' QB is expected to undergo foot surgery Thurs. (Jan. 20), the Boston Globe reports. The operation will address a stress fracture in his right foot, which he has been dealing with all season.
The surgery may involve the insertion of a screw and if the bone heals properly, Brady is expected to be ready for training camp this summer.
Despite the nagging injury, Brady finished this season with 36 touchdown passes and completing 66 percent of his passes. He also set an NFL record of 339 consecutive passes without an interception.
Here's hoping a hair-cut also comes as part of the surgery deal.
