'Pretty Little Liars' star Shay Mitchell is Pantene's new spokesperson

"Pretty Little Liars" is having a pretty good week. First, the show scored its highest ratings ever with their midseason premiere on Jan. 3. Now, Pantene has announced that Shay Mitchell (who plays Emily Fields on the hit ABC Family show) is the new spokesperson for their Nature Fusion collection. 

In a statement released by Pantene, Mitchell says, "I am very excited to be working with Pantene Pro-V. Out of all the hair products I've tried, Nature Fusion is the collection I trustt to keep my hair healthy and beautiful. I'm ready to spread the word to my fans that anyone can have show-stopping hair. The trick is to keep your hair healthy with the right products so you can achieve the styles you want."

Julie Marchant-Houle, the marketing director of North American Hair Care at Procter & Gamble, comments that Mitchell was the perfect choice for the company. "Shay was a natural choice because of her energetic persona and beautiful, healthy hair," she explains. "She will be a wonderful role model for young woman and we are proud to have her represent our brand and connect with our younger fans."

The print ads (which will debut in Feb. 2011) will feature the 23-year-old actress in three youthful looks, modeling side braids, full-body volume and beautiful shine. Here's a video of the pretty little liar shooting the ads:
