Paris Hilton promises a new, 'completely different' reality show

We caught up with Paris Hilton and real life BFF's, Allison Melnick and Jennifer Rovero, to talk about her latest foray into reality TV with Oxygen's "The World According to Paris Hilton."

In the new reality show to debut this spring, Hilton promises viewers an all access pass into her life. Though we've seen Paris before in "The Simple Life" and "Paris Hilton's My New BFF," apparently this time it's serious -- we're about to meet arguably one of the most famous heiresses of the century for the very first time, people. Get ready.

"This show's completely different than anything I've ever done," she tells Zap2it. "I've never let cameras into my life like this."

Mom, Kathy Hilton, also spoke with Zap2it, telling us that the new show (on which she also stars) is "the real deal."

"You will be a fly on the wall," she tells us. "It's not an overly produced show."

"It's just heartfelt," she continues. "I don't know if people realize how funny Paris is, she is very, very funny... and I'm kind of funny and [co-star Brooke Mueller is] hysterical."

So what sort of hysterical antics are these ladies up to?

"We just do what we do," Kathy says. "We make prank phone calls."

Now there's a woman after our own heart.
