Natalie Portman, Sherri Shepherd show off engagement bling

Natalie Portman's newly acquired rock made an appearance at the Palm Springs International Film Festival over the weekend, and it's a stunner! The actress took home the Desert Palm Achievement Award on Saturday (Jan. 8), and while she looked gorgeous as always, it was her engagement ring that stole the show.

The "Black Swan" actress is engaged to choreographer Benjamin Millepied, and the couple is expecting their first child.

Also sporting a new rock on her left hand is "The View" co-host Sherri Shepherd, who became engaged to TV writer Lamar Sally over the holidays. The couple was introduced by pal Niecy Nash over a year ago.
