Miley Cyrus' hacker arrested... but not for leaking her pictures

You never forget your first hacker...

Two years ago, someone hacked into Miley Cyrus' Myspace and email accounts and released revealing pictures of the teen star. Now, justice has been served... kind of. 21-year-old Josh Holly was arrested on Dec. 30, in Nashville and was charged with possession of unauthorized credit card account numbers after FBI agents seized and searched his computer. So what does this have to do with Miley?

A law enforcement source says that Holly admitted to hacking into Cyrus' personal accounts. He reportedly also bragged online about leaking the semi-nude pictures of the singer/actress. Holly is not yet facing any charges related to the leaked pictures.

Holly was released on Jan. 3, and Cyrus' publicist had no comment on the arrest.
