Kelly Osbourne is a 'Material Girl,' Taylor Momsen is not

It's not just "Gossip Girl" giving Taylor Momsen the boot -- Madonna has dropped the young rocker as well.

A rep for Material Girl, Madge and daughter Lourdes' clothing line, confirms to Us Magazine that Kelly Osbourne will be replacing Momsen as their newest spokesperson.

"Material Girl is thrilled to confirm that Kelly Osbourne is the new face for 2011! We will be sharing all the details on this exciting new campaign in the upcoming weeks," the rep states.

The line launched last summer with the Pretty Reckless bad-girl fronting it. On January 11, 14-year-old Lourdes posted that the label was "desperately seeking" a new face. Enter 26-year-old "E! Fashion Police" co-host, Osbourne.

We're not sure these two ladies will be able to target the same demographic, but maybe that's a good thing.
