The night before his 30th birthday, Justin Timberlake put on his serious actor suit and headed to the Screen Actors' Guild Awards, where he was nominated with the cast of "The Social Network."Try as he might to hobnob with the Hollywood elite, though, Timberlake will never shake that pop star label -- no matter how many critically acclaimed movies he finds his way into, bringing sexy back is still what he does best.
In honor of Timberlake's 30th birthday, we'd like to take a look back on a time before the Sorkin scripts and expensive suits. Remember when he only wore baby blue (because he was the biggest Tarheels fan ever), his hair was platinum blond, and he was actually one of two leading men in *NSYNC? (Sorry, JC.)

I totally agree! Justin at 16 was way beyond Bieber today at 16. JT began performing at age 4 and he had that special something that Bieber lacks. Bieber doesn't seem all that interesting in interviews. The teenage JT just shone.
