Judson Birza (aka 'Fabio'), 'Survivor Nicaragua' winner, arrested
Judson Birza may be enjoying his "Survivor" winnings a bit too much. The recently crowned champion of the Nicaragua season is currently in jail.
TMZ reports that the 21-year-old was arrested the afternoon of Jan. 19, on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance.
Apparently, he wasn't driving but "acting strangely."
After being booked, they also slammed him for an unrelated DUI warrant and a probation violation. He's currently being held on a $37,000 bail -- which he really should still be able to afford.
