Jaime Pressly splits from husband Simran Singh after only 16 months

After just 16 months of marriage, Jaime Pressly and entertainment lawyer Simran Singh have reportedly called it quits.Word of the split comes just three weeks after Pressly, 33, was arrested on suspicion of drunk driving. Police pulled Pressly over after she allegedly committed a traffic violation. She failed a field sobriety test and was booked on suspicion of driving under the influence. The actress was released on $15,000 bail.
The "My Name is Earl" star also facing a $637,000 bill in unpaid state and Federal taxes.
She has a three-year-old son, Dezi, with ex fiance Eric Cubiche.
