Suspect in Ronni Chasen murder commits suicide

The Los Angeles Times reports that police were serving a search warrant at a Hollywood hotel where the suspect was staying when he took his own life.

Sources who spoke with the Times wouldn't reveal what role the man was believed to have played in Chasen's Nov. 16 death, when she was shot to death while driving her car home from the "Burlesque" premiere in Los Angeles.

Chasen was laid to rest at the Hillside Memorial Park and Mortuary, during a Nov. 21 service attended by friends, family and clients she'd held over the years, like Michael Douglas.
