Reese Witherspoon and Jim Toth engaged -- apparently she 'knows'

In honor of International Famous Person Engagement Week, Reese Witherspoon and Jim Toth would like you all to know that they are to be married.

US Weekly confirms that the "How Do You Know" star and the Hollywood agent are tying the knot, citing a Witherspoon representative who adds that the couple are "extremely happy."

Witherspoon and Toth first started dating in the beginning of 2010, shortly after her very public breakup from Jake Gyllenhaal. The two went public a few months into their relationship.

Toth is an agent with Creative Arts Agency. CAA represents Witherspoon, but Toth is not her rep.

Witherspoon was previously married to Ryan Phillippe, with whom she has two children: Ava (11) and Deacon (7).
