'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' Camille Grammer faces quickie divorce and a ruined reputation
When Camille Grammer hears herself say in the opening of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" that it's time to step out of her husband's shadow and shine, she probably cringes. Since the show has premiered, the housewife has steadily grown into one of the most hated housewives ever and her husband, "Frasier's" Kelsey Grammer, has fans actually relating to him over Camille in their very public divorce.
The latest news from TMZ is that Kelsey, 55, is requesting what's called a bifurcation, which allows a judge to dissolve a marriage before the actual terms of the divorce are finalized. If his bid for bifurcation is successful, the marriage will be officially over on Jan. 1 - exactly six months from when the divorce petition was filed. That will allow him to marry his current fiancé, 29-year-old Kayte Walsh, while the two exes fight over their reported $100 million dollar fortune.
And as if that wasn't bad enough, Life & Style magazine features Camille on its cover with the question, "America's most hated housewife?" According to their reader poll, 52% voted Camille as the most hated housewife of all the "Real Housewives" series. Does that mean she even beat Danielle Staub, Kelly Bensimon and Michaele Salahi?
The article doesn't stop there. It has delved into Camille's past and found old friends and current acquaintances who are speaking to Camille's shady past, her "money-hungry, materialistic side," and how she cut Kelsey off from sex a year before they broke up!
Forget her husband's shadow, Camille probably feels like crawling under a rock at this point, right?

how could camille bring over Allison when she knew that Allison would instigate problems? Camille is not as nice and wholesome as she says she is, & if you ask me, she & her psychic click are the mean girls! horrible!! very horrible!! She's not better than the others! she's beneath them!! waayyy beneath them! get some manners Camille!!
Camille is clearly jealous of Kyle. She is no match for Kyle's beauty and has displayed not a shred of class on the show. She actually seems kind of trashy and I don't believe for a moment that she has not been screwing around on Kelsey either. If she wins the money she wants in the divorce, she be nothing more than a rich pig.
She such a horrible insecure mean shrew that its no wonder Kelsey's more than willing to dish out %50 million to get rid of her. Good luck to you Kelsey!
Camille is also viewed by me as really having major issues of showing a very unstable personality. Is she acting or is she actually like this. It's really disgusting to watch her and I'd rather see her replaced on this series for me to continue to watch this reality show. This series is too much about Camille and not enough about the lives of Beverly HIlls pre-madonna women. Directors if you read this replace Camille and place a woman of value in her place.
It is all I can do to refrain from pointing out
all the flaws that are magnified by the camaras.
Can anyone stand the scrutiny of camaras. I only
hope that after all their shortcomings are put out there
for the world to see that it makes them better people.
I have to say that Camille comes off like she is one of the mean girls. It's difficult to like her, it's her energy that she gives off as if she is saying she's better then everyone. I think that is why so many people don't like her.
Sounds like Kelsey was having an affair while being married to Camille. If he wants this quickie divorce, and lets fight over money later. So his new girlfriend whom he wants to marry is 29 and he is 55 he is old enough to be her father. And calling Camille on the phone and telling her is tacky.
I do not care how much she is hated on the show by some, I feel sorry for her, and I hope she finds true love. Because he for sure was not.
