Nick Swisher-Joanna Garcia, Joel Madden-Nicole Richie tie the knot

Wedding bells were ringing Saturday (Dec. 11) for two celebrity couples.

Yankee Nick Swisher wed "Better With You" star Joanna Garcia at the lovely Breakers Hotel & Resort in Palm Beach, FL, according to Page Six. In attendance among the almost 400 guests were Swisher's teammate pitcher C.C. Sabathia, Jamie Lynn Sigler, Reba McEntire and Lance Bass.

Garcia wore a Monique Lhuillier dress while the reception served a seven-tier, $10,000 Sylvia Weinstock wedding cake. The couple got engaged last May.

Across the country, socialite Nicole Richie and singer Joel Madden tied the knot at Nicole's dad Lionel Richie's Beverly Hills home. According to Page Six, Paris Hilton was not invited, but friends Christina Aguilera and Samantha Ronson were on the guest list for the small, intimate ceremony.
