Justin Bieber avoids assault charges, Usher gets kicked in the face
Justin Bieber has avoided criminal charges in an alleged assault case, in which he reportedly punched a 12-year-old in the face. The incident occurred in October at a Canadian Laser Tag park. "The investigation into the incident is now complete and no charges will be forwarded as the evidence collected [doesn't] support doing so," says the Canadian Mounted Police. [Radar]
Ja Rule on the other hand, will be spending some jail time. The rapper was sentenced to two years in prison after pleading guilty to illegal gun possession. The incident occurred back in 2007 alongside Lil Wayne, who was also arrested on similar charges. Ja Rule doesn't seem concerned about serving time though, he took to Twitter on Monday (Dec. 13) stating: "Minor setback for a major comeback." [Us Magazine]
Justin Bieber may have no qualms with punching someone in the face, but poor Usher was actually kicked in the face on Monday night during a NYC concert. After inviting a female fan on stage to serenade her on a couch, the uber excited fan moved her leg and kicked him right in the nose with a stiletto heel. Not to worry though, Usher wasn't hurt and his face is still as beautiful as before. [Access Hollywood]

Justin Bierber diserve what he gets in jail he had no right to punch that poor 12 year old in the face. In the first place what did the poor kid do to him.
Justin Bieber did nothing wrong. We're not even sure if he did punch the kid in the face. Have you seen any pictures? Have you watched a video? No, I didn't think so. If this did happen, the kid evidently called him gay, which is not true. He's had girlfriends before. The kid called him gay, so wouldn't you punch him in the face? I know a lot of people that would. He didn't do anything wrong. If that did happen, the kid had it coming. As for everything else, I think it's all true, and there's nothing wrong with anything else on that page.
