Jane Carrey: Jim Carrey's musician daughter splits from her husband

Jane Carrey, actor Jim Carrey's daughter, is splitting from her husband Alex Santana after a little over one year of marriage, reports People Magazine. Jim Carrey's rep tells the magazine, "The couple will remain friends, as well as devoted parents to their 9-month-old son, Jackson Riley."

The frontwoman of the Jane Carrey Band and the Blood Money lead singer got married in November 2009. At the time, Jim tweeted, "My Jane is a married women. Days ago her and my new son in law Alex got hitched. The day was simply perfect ... lots of love there." Carrey gave birth to the couple's only child, Jackson Riley, in February.

Jane is Jim's only child from first wife Melissa Womer, whom he divorced in 1995. A family friend says the 23-year-old and her son are currently visiting Jim on the set of "Mr. Popper's Penguins" in New York.
