What's $12 million among half brothers? The holiday season should be sufficiently awkward for Dane Cook's family, as the funnyman's half brother and sister-in-law have been ordered to pay restitution after a guilty plea to embezzlement. Cook's former business manager, Darryl McCauley admitted to stealing money from his famous brother and now faces five to six years in prison in addition to paying $12 million in restitution. [People]
After being escorted off a plane in NYC due to a "crackberry" addiction gone too far, Josh Duhamel
says he learned a very important lesson. "I learned that it's best to
always turn them off," he says regarding the Dec. 2 incident. Duhamel
was asked repeatedly to turn off his BlackBerry before takeoff and upon
multiple refusals, he (and his cell phone) were removed from the
