'Twilight' director vamps up 'Red Riding Hood'
Ok, so there aren't exactly vampires, but we definitely don't remember the wolf in little red riding hood being of the supernatural variety.
Perhaps that's why "Twilight" director Catherine Hardwicke -- who famously got the boot from the franchise after the first film -- has dropped the "little" in her upcoming film, "Red Riding Hood."
The first trailer finds Valerie (Amanda Seyfried) struggling with her poor choice of camouflage and a werewolf -- not just the regular, grandma-eating kind.Perhaps that's why "Twilight" director Catherine Hardwicke -- who famously got the boot from the franchise after the first film -- has dropped the "little" in her upcoming film, "Red Riding Hood."
Curiously, IMBD says Taylor Lautner isn't involved. But we can still hope against hope for a surprise reveal:
