ABC's Robin Roberts sits down with LeAnn Rimes for her special "All Access Nashville" on Wednesday (Nov. 3) and the 28-year-old attempts to defend her affair with actor Eddie Cibrian which ended up wrecking both their marriages to other people.Her basic argument? The heart wants what the heart wants.
"What happened is not who I am, period," Rimes says. "But I do know how much I love him. So I've always said I don't live my life with regret."
Besides, "it happens every day to so many people."
At least Rimes and Cibrian are still together. Which is more than most Hollywood extramarital flings can boast.
"We're talking about something that's over a year, year-and-a-half old, really, and we're still together, and we're madly in love," Cibrian, 37, says. "And I think people are finally seeing that."

Its obvious that neither Leann's husband or that guy's wife did anything worthwile to keep the marriage going. You need to keep your man/woman happy!! It's soooooo easy for those two spouses to play the victim card.

Eddie & Brandi are now divorced.
Eddie & LeAnn have to deal w/the consequences of their actions.
But GMAB about how victimized their former spouses were. Brandi herself was arrested for a DUI a short time ago. Drunk driving is not cool either.
Brandi is just trash, is she worked maybe Eddie wouldnt leave her for a carrer woman.
