Lamar Odom sues Liza Morales; Kristen Hall settles with Sugarland

Laker (and Khloe Kardashian's husband) Lamar Odom is suing his ex, Liza Morales, requesting that she provide him with a "parental access schedule" and "reasonable child support" for their 12-year-old daughter Destiny and 9-year-old son L.J. Morales and Odom's relationship fell apart 6 years ago after they tragically lost a third child to Sudden Infant Death Syndrome. Morales was shocked to receive Odom's court papers. "Lamar basically checked out as a father four years ago," she says. "[Destiny and L.J.] haven't had quality time in a long time." [NY Post]

New odd couple alert! Olympic gold medalist Michael Phelps and... (we're not sure what she does) Brittny Gastineau are reportedly dating. The two were spotted together at the Grove in L.A., but once they caught sight of the photographers they split in opposite directions. A source close to the couple says the relationship is new. [TMZ]

Basketball star Steve Nash has announced the birth of his son and his divorce... in the same day. "I am very thankful and excited that we have a new son, Matteo Nash.  Alejandra [Amarilla] and the baby are doing fine," Steve said in a statement.  "But this is a bittersweet moment for my wife and I; after five years, we are now in the process of dissolving our marriage."
