Kathy Griffin revives briefly dormant feud with 'The View's' Elisabeth Hasselbeck on 'The Talk'
These early days of CBS's "The Talk" have been a bit of a train wreck, so it hasn't taken the highest priority on our daytime viewing. But if they're going to start bringing out the smack talk against lady panelist rivals at "The View," we may have to rethink our stance.
Kathy Griffin, promoting her Bravo special "Whores on Crutches," stopped by "The Talk" on Nov. 2, and our friends at Daytime Confidential caught the comedian reigniting her war with "View" co-host Elisabeth Hasselbeck with some women who seem more than happy to join in.
After spending a few moments touching each other's breasts, Julie Chen is the one to bring up the Hasselbeck -- to which Sharon Osbourne then refers to her as "Hasselhoff." Kathy Griffin, promoting her Bravo special "Whores on Crutches," stopped by "The Talk" on Nov. 2, and our friends at Daytime Confidential caught the comedian reigniting her war with "View" co-host Elisabeth Hasselbeck with some women who seem more than happy to join in.
The women boo and hiss at Hasselbeck's "scum" comment about Griffin, before discussion quickly devolves into some left-field Jennifer Lopez worshiping. It's all in the video below.
But the real real takeaway here, folks -- which Elisabeth and Kathy could, gasp, probably agree on -- is that Leah Remini has little to no business interviewing people. It seems humanly impossible for her to talk about anything but herself if she's anywhere near a camera.

Anonymous, of course it sucks. But what would you suggest CBS put in that time slot? I'm sure local affiliates would love that timeslot, but it would only be more lame local news or infomercials on natural cures from that loon Kevin Trudeau.
Leah Remini is horrible, in any role she does. The fact she is friends with Chelsea Handler is Handler's main flaw. Anyone who believes in that cult Scientology should have their head examined.
Elisabeth Hasselpeck should be kicked off TV. She's as bad at her job as her loser football husband was. Barbara should be ashamed for explosing the US public to such a twit. Throw her back on a deserted island
Griffin better hope this show is a hit, my guess is she'll never be invited back on "The Veiw". She's a loser has-been any way.
Um, sure Alex - that's why she has sold out shows across the country, Emmy award winning specials and series and is worth millions. Seriously, a has been? You must have been referring to Hasselbeck you dolt.
They seriously need to cancel this dreck of a show on CBS. What a load of manure!
I join Kathy on anything she says about the Hassellhoff. EH is just an idiot and shows it by her talk and remarks about anything. She thinks she is an expert on child care and etc but she is so full of herself. What qualifications does she have??????????
