Jake Gyllenhaal talks nude scenes with Anne Hathaway in 'Love and Other Drugs'

"I was naked a lot in the movie," Gyllenhaal tells Esquire. "I was naked in more of it than was even in the final cut. A director's cut? I don't even know how that would be rated."

And he was not alone in the nudity. Gyllenhaal reunites with ill-fated "Brokeback Mountain" wife (read: beard) Anne Hathaway for the film, and the two were quite comfortable. "There's something about the way Annie and I both work which is inherently very musical. It's all about rhythm. There's a rhythm to writing, there's a rhythm to sports, there's a rhythm to sex."

Indeed there is. As for taking the nudity bullet, Gyllenhaal notes that his co-star has it worse off: "[Anne] said at one point, 'Well, we're both topless and we both show our butts.' And I was like, 'Hmm, but it's a little different for you.'"

Not in some countries. Fans of Jake Gyllenhaal's butt who simply can't wait for the movie can currently catch a glimpse of it... in most of the other movies he's ever made.
