Cee-Lo Green sings 'Fox News' on 'Colbert Report'
With William Shatner and possibly Gwyneth Paltrow taking a stab at "F*** You," Cee-Lo Green shows them how it's done.
The musician appears on Comedy Central's "The Colbert Report" Tuesday (Nov. 9) and gives an editorial twist to his tell-off song.
"As this is a family show, we can't be dropping the F-bomb here," says the host before suggesting possible replacement lyrics like "beef stew."
In the end, it's "Fox News" that catches the hearts of the audience, so equipped with a sheet of new lyrics, Green gamely delivers the new song.
We think it's kind of brilliant. How about you? Here's the actual, NSFW version of the song, "F*** You."
