Amy Erin Blakely's large breasts lawsuit - claims her firing due to harassment complaints

Amy Erin Blakely of Florida is suing her former employer, the Devereux Foundation, for allegedly firing her in 2009 after she filed two gender discrimination complaints. The claims addressed comments co-workers had made about the size of her breasts, which started in 2003 and worsened in 2008.

"It started slowly. Honestly, I was embarrassed and I feared retaliation and therefore I did not come forward," says Blakely

Blakely continues, "It made me feel devalued.  It made me feel ashamed." She has hired famous lawyer Gloria Allred to represent her.

Blakely also says that she always dressed conservatively for her position at the nonprofit provider of mental health services for children. She worked for Devereux for 13 years before her firing.

Below, watch the ladies of "The View" discuss the firing as part of their Hot Topics segment.
