AMA Awards 2010 Best and Worst: Taylor Swift, Johnny Weir and more

ama-2010-best-worst-intro-gi.jpgThe 2010 American Music Awards were chock full of noteworthy moments, from the red carpet to the final performance that paired the New Kids On the Block with the Backstreet Boys. What were your favorite moments? Here are a few of ours:

Olympics figure skater star Johnny Weir, who'll be judging ABC's "Skating With the Stars," hit the stage with Christina Milian to announce ... uh, some award. Excuse us, but we were distracted by his bouffant hair. Did the hairspray required to achieve such heights create another hole in the ozone?

Taylor Swift won Favorite Female Country Artist at the AMAs for the third year in a row ... but we barely recognized the girl who accepted the award. And it wasn't just because of her sleek Hannah Montana wig/hair and grown-up dress (suck it, short-skirt wearing cheerleader who all the boys liked better in high school). Where was the look of faux shock? Where were the tears? Where was the all-too-earnest sucking up to all her more seasoned fellow nominees? "I think it's something really wonderful and rare to feel understood," she says. Um ... we don't get it.

its funny that you people criticize taylor when she looked grateful and surprise and when she tone it down a little, you seriously have the nerve to whine and still complain.
