'The Nate Berkus Show': Jenny McCarthy admits she was a 'Decorating Manipulator'
Comedian and actress Jenny McCarthy is coming out swinging with her new book, "Love, Lust and Faking It," which she was writing during her very public breakup with actor Jim Carrey. On Thursday, Oct. 14, she'll be talking about the many lessons she has learned from the book and her relationships with men on "The Nate Berkus Show."
In Zap2it's exclusive clip above, Berkus gets McCarthy to admit that she has used decorating as a form of manipulation in at least one of her previous relationships.
"I was living with 'Paul' and I didn't feel like I belonged there," McCarthy tells Berkus. "I felt like this is his house and his stuff. I was feeling insecure."
McCarthy, 37, says she couldn't just tell the guy how she felt. "Well, I wanted to redecorate, then I would feel at home," she says. "So, I was manipulating him into having me redo the house by telling him it was haunted."
Um, that would explain why it was a previous relationship...
McCarthy will also be fielding questions from the studio audience on all sorts of intimate questions and we're pretty sure she'll share some hilarious T.M.I.
Jenny McCarthy appears Thursday, Oct. 14 on "The Nate Berkus Show."
