Actresses Rachael Leigh Cook and Geena Davis have joined forces with the Creative Coalition and the Girl Scouts to promote more realistic images of women in the media -- and Cook is speaking out against the heavily doctored photos you often see in magazines. "It is false advertising and false advertising is a crime, so why isn't this a crime?" she says. [Fox News]

KISS demon Gene Simmons was hospitalized overnight Sunday after fainting at Los Angeles International Airport. He was suffering from dehydration and was released Monday morning. [TMZ]

Terry Fator, who won Season 2 of "America's Got Talent" and scored a lucrative Las Vegas contract in the process, has settled a lawsuit with his former manager -- and it will cost him. The settlement calls for Fator to pay John McEntee up to $10 million in managerial fees. [TMZ]
