You just can't keep clothes on Kim Kardashian.
Kim has posed naked (again), this time on the cover of W magazine with her naughty bits covered with Barbara Kruger phrases.
Inside W's November Art Issue there are more shots of the full-figured reality star nude and painted silver, without any bold face type to hide behind. We suppose the big difference is that when she's painted silver, it's art, not porn.
And yet Kim insisted she has regrets about posing nude for Playboy?
She also posed nude -- and unretouched -- in Harper's Bazaar in April.
We don't get it. But what do you expect from a celebrity who became famous for a sex tape?
