Kanye West: Diamond teeth, Taylor Swift and a new 'Runaway' clip on 'Ellen'

GoogleKanye West came by "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" on Tuesday (Oct. 19) where he spoke about the Taylor Swift incident and his diamond teeth.
"It's a pretty bugged out story. I literally left America, I stopped doing music altogether," says West, of the Taylor Swift incident. "I went to Japan just so I could get away from paparazzi altogether. And then in November I moved to Rome ... When I came back to the States, I moved to Hawaii and just lived there and worked on music."
"It was the first time [I took a break] since I actually, ya know, 'made it,' since I started. It was time to just take a break and develop more as a person."
Before he left the show, Ellen had to ask about the bling in his teeth. Kanye had the entire bottom row of his teeth replaced with gold and diamond teeth because "[he] just thought the diamonds were cooler." Oh, Kanye. He also brought a clip of his new "Runaway" movie, which you can watch below.
