Howard Arenstein, CBS News correspondent, arrested for pot possession
Veteran CBS Radio News correspondent Howard Arenstein, 60, and his wife Orly Katz, 57, were arrested at their home Saturday (Oct. 2) in Washington D.C. after police searched the couple's home and found marijuana plants growing in the yard, reports the Washington Post. The couple was charged with possession with intent to distribute marijuana. The search came on an executed warrant that was issued after a tip from an area resident. The police reported said they found 11 mature marijuana plants and six 2-ounce bags of marijuana. Apparently each full-grown plant is considered equal to a pound of marijuana.
According to the CBS News Web site, Arenstein has supervised coverage and
reported on such major Washington stories as the disputed 2000
presidential election, the 9/11 terrorist attacks and the
war in Iraq.

And people complain about Fox news? I haven't heard of any of their correspondents being drug dealers...
Katrina: How does the fact that a CBS RADIO correspondent being busted relate to Faux News?
Hint: It doesn't...Get a life!!
'Highly' doubtful they would get a pound off an outdoor plant, more like a couple of ounces if they're back yard growers. Cops just love to make headlines!!!
ok so rick sanchez gets fired for running his mouth about john stewart and what does he get?
