Actress Michelle Williams has arrived in England to start shooting "My Week With Marilyn," a film about the 7 days Marilyn Monroe spent in Britain, away from the limelight, with producer and writer Colin Clark.
And now that principal photography is underway, Coming Soon has the first image what everyone is waiting to see: Williams in character.

It's tough taking on such an iconic face, but this first taste doesn't seem to disappoint. Williams, rocking some seriously platinum blond, also seems to have nailed Monroe's trademark distant gaze.

She may not be as pretty as Marilyn but at least they cast a real actress who will surely capture the essence of the character better than just a pretty girl who looks the part. Oh, and I think Michelle looks great anyway!
