Erin Andrews peephole video -- a new Dirty lawsuit

erin-andrews-getty.jpgIn 2009, ESPN reporter Erin Andrews made the celebrity news beat when a stalker videotaped her doing various activities in her hotel room while unclothed. The stalker, Michael David Barrett, has since been sentenced to 30 months in prison and will have to register as a sex offender when he is released. Andrews is suing both the hotels and the stalker in civil court.

Now over a year later, another lawsuit could be filed. In a letter obtained by TMZ, Erin's lawyer claims the website The Dirty is "unlawfully" posting pictures from the video. Those pictures constitute a privacy violation, as they belong "exclusively to Ms. Andrews."

The lawyers are demanding that The Dirty erase any trace the stills leave behind or else face a serious lawsuit. So far, The Dirty has not responded. They have, in fact, moved the pictures to the top of their site.

You stay classy, Dirty.

So is anyone who watched her prance around scantily clad on "Dancing with the Stars" a stalker/sex offender too?

Erin Andrews is a tart. If it wasn't for Michael David Barrett she would not have been on the show. If she had won, would she had given her salary to some women's group?
