Anna Nicole Smith's boyfriend Howard K. Stern found guilty of drug conspiracy in her death

Howard K. Stern, who was once Anna Nicole Smith's lawyer and boyfriend, has been convicted of conspiracy in the Los Angeles Superior Court for aiding the star's prescription drug problem that ultimately led to her death.Stern's exact charges were a count of conspiring to prescribe prescription drugs using fraudulent means and a count of conspiring to furnish prescription drugs to an addict. He was acquitted of seven other charges, including another conspiracy charge and charges of unlawfully prescribing a controlled substance and obtaining a prescription for an opiate using false information.
One of her doctors, Khristine Eroshevich, was also convicted on four charges -- the same two conspiracy charges that Stern was convicted of, as well as two counts of obtaining a prescription for opiates using a false name. Sandeep Kapoor, another of Smith's doctors, was cleared on all counts.
Both Stern and Eroshevich face three or more years in prison. The sentencing is schedule for Jan. 6.

i don't think Howard Stern should've been criminally charged, and certainly not convicted. and btw, i loved Anna.

Howard fed her uppers & downers like candy. He singlehandedly killed her. He was the only one who ALWAYS had the duffel bag full of pills & money.
Even Mo, the male nurse/body guard never got that close. He watch Howard feed her pills & shoot her up . . . and only Howard would do it. He wouldn't let a big, black male nurse touch her in any way.
The baby is being raised by her biological father, Larry Birkhead. He's been an excellent father to Dannielynn.
Birkhead & Howard made a pack with the devil. Birkhead got to raise his child & Howard was going after the money that Anna was supposed to get from her dead husband, billionaire Marshall.
So far, only Birkhead seems to be doing well. As for Howard, I hope he does get some jail time!!
She should rot and i guess we herd that she did, for taking so many people down with her which is;everyone she came in contact with. She was a cheap shake down druggie, working the system.
OMG what a bunch of b.s. ! Sentencing is January ?! Aww.. the celeb factor throwing favor in LA County, how shocking (not) Well, gives us time to get statements to the judge and reserve a seat ! PLEASE let this simple minded asclown get one day in general pop at central as MOST men after ROC mistakes him for a peckerwood, LOL ! There is no hell bad enough for HOWIE. He took the punk sick way and kept Anna whacked, didnt call outside for help when she slammed/fell in the shower that day and when she died, this overgrown ballerina thought his bar could would get him another man's daughter TOO ! (He forgot that we knew "no nookie from Anna" was his motive, next to "Marshall money" that is) If the courts don't want a JUST crim case, bet they will hear the WRONGFUL DEATH case that needs to WIPE them OUT. No one should have to be victim to their arrogance again. (The haters get their panties all tangled and post nasty words and wishes for the sheer entertainment of aspiring to gain attention in otherwise is an eventless life existence) See you all at the SENTENCING !!
Legend in his own mind, Howard Stern, the clown wearing a tutu holding a correspondence school legal aid diploma, was caught thinking again. He THOUGHT that in sleeping NEAR Anna before he encouraged her DEATH that it would grant him a morbid celebrity status which further immunes one from prosecution in LA County. (WHOOPS) ** Hey Stern , take that with you, the girls love free legal advice in California PRISON !! ** ( It is gonna be a good day afterall )
