Will Justin Bieber wear G-Star to the Video Music Awards?

bieber-g-star.jpgDid Justin Bieber do his MTV Video Music Awards wardrobe shopping on Aug. 31?

According to Life&Style, he hit the G-Star boutique in NYC and picked up nearly $3,300 worth of jackets, jeans and underwear (Stop imagining what style. Just stop it!).

Remember that the Biebster is a big fan of the line and wore a cool pair of black G-Star jeans to the Teen Choice 2010 Awards. So the Dish Rag is thinking he may just wear more on Sunday for his second appearance on the VMAs.

Gosh, was it only  a year ago when the up-and-coming young mop-topped singer presented at the 2009 VMAs?

Now he's the Twitter King, has a VMA nod for Best New Artist and a very highly anticipated VMA performance to boot.  There have even been rumors that he and Kanye West may team up onstage.

Will he win? What do you think his chances are? We'd say he's a lock. Is there another New Artist that can compete with his accomplishments and popularity? Not even close.

Keep in mind his upcoming music video for "U Smile," his 2011 3-D movie and this first book, "Justin Bieber: First Step 2 Forever," that's coming out in October.

The 27th annual MTV Video Music Awards will be broadcast live from the Nokia Theatre in L.A. on Sunday (Sept 12). Zap2it will be providing live coverage and commentary.
