Mel Gibson may be entitled to joint legal custody of daughter Lucia

The latest turn of events in the Mel Gibson-Oksana Grigorieva saga is that Oskana has claimed she has no knowledge of any agreement giving Gibson unsupervised contact with their baby daughter Lucia, but TMZ has procured the document that not only grants Gibson unsupervised visits, but also grants Gibson joint legal custody of Lucia.

The document was signed by Oksana and Mel on May 16 and outlines in specific details the schedule for custody, down to the days and the hours. It grants GIbson significant unsupervised visitation and allows for Skype sessions when Mel did not have Lucia.

A Father's Day visitation is what sent this case to family court in the first place, when Oksana refused to let Mel have Lucia. She has disavowed any knowledge of this agreement, but her signature and initials are all over it. The agreement was signed before any of Mel's now-infamous meltdowns came to light.
