Lindsay Lohan jailed again ... without bail
Lindsay Lohan is indeed heading back to the clink and she won't be getting out early this time.In Beverly Hills court on Friday morning (Sept. 24), Superior Court Judge Elden Fox ordered the fallen star to be held in jail without bail until an Oct. 22 probation hearing, reports Zap2it sister news site KTLA.
Lohan admitted earlier on Twitter that she had violated her probation by failing a drug test, testing positive for cocaine two weeks ago and then for amphetamines, specifically Adderall.
"Regrettably, I did in fact fail my most recent drug test and if I am asked, I am prepared to appear before Judge Fox next week as a result," reads the tweet. "This is certainly a setback for me but I am taking responsibility for my actions and I'm prepared to face the consequences."
The actress is returning for 30 days to the same Lynwood facility she spent time in for her earlier sentencing.

Maybe she'll be in jail long enough now to get off it completely.
They need to get her mother away from her - I'm beginning to agree with her dad.
And this time, keep her there for 30 straight days...no parole at all. Hoping Paris Hilton will join her too, once she f's up again.
