Lina Morgana: Lady Gaga's monster inside?

Don't think Lady Gaga is all that original? You might be even more on the nose than you know.According to Yana Morgana, back in 2007, Lady Gaga (then going by the name of Stefani Germanotta) was friends with her daughter, Lina, who was also a singer, reports the New York Post. Stefani wrote some songs for Lina' and the duo recorded 12 together than were never released.
Lina committed suicide in 2008 at the age of 19 by jumping the roof of a 10-story hotel.
At that point, Yana claims that Stefani stole pretty much "everything" that made Lina Lina to become Lady Gaga, from her fashion sense (the boots, the wigs, the outfits) to the dark "I was so misunderstood" backstory. Either coincidentally, or rather damning in nature, Gaga hit the national stage one month after Lina's death.
"It was the same style, the same look, the same music, the same voice, the same jaw line -- the way they expressed themselves," says Tyler Schwab, Lina's boyfriend. "And I was like, 'Is that Lina?' It was so, so shocking. It was like looking at a ghost."
On the plus side, the only thing Yana wants from all this -- for now -- is for the songs that the pair recorded before Lina's death be released.

Its lady gag gag a ' gain , lol what a freak , so sad that her daughter was the star but jumped off a building when she found out gaga was her moma and dadda .
I think we can all think of a close friend who helped shape us & influenced us to be a certain way-- whether it be the person who turned you onto your favorite band, or who gave you your first joint, or who introduced you to your first pair of high heels-- every person you meet in your life contributes in some way to who you are. Maybe Lina was only brought into GaGa's life to push GaGa to HER full potential. I think it's the same with why abusive partners are brought into your life-- to make you realize how you want your life, and to make you stronger. RIP Lina.

And I agree w/ Aaron... you can see photo after photo of GaGa with Lady Starlight being her crazy whacky self, before The Fame, and she DID study theatre and film in school, so you know she's got that creative fire inside of her. GaGa just went through losing McQueen, and now she has to re-live all this. It just makes GaGa that much more strong in my eyes!
lady gaga was not "creative/edgy" before she only started wearing bras on stage when she met lady starlight & copied lady starlight's style & edge, before that she was a normal girl at her piano with brown hair & regular clothes. all she's ever done is copy other people. she claims she's "always dressed this way" & well, sorry but pictures & her old demo's & cd's released under stefani germanotta, don't lie.

The mother is crazy. I am sure she's senile since she lost her daughter. Lady Gaga is unique. She doesn't have to copy anyone. The woman just wants publicity and keep her daughter's memory alive. Such a shame!

It's kinda funny that no one wants to give credit to people now a days were credit is deserved. It's pretty obvious that lady gaga has copyied every piece of lina margana's existence. lina margana was a thousand times more talented then lady gaga, you could tell this in her voice and how she worked the camera and could draw you into her world.She would've made it on top and stayed there forever!
Lina (RIP), Lady Starlight, and Lady Gaga are not original in any sense of the word. Lady Gaga is a complete copycat, a smorgasbord imitation, (Cher, Pink, Britney, Christina, KISS, Beyonce, La Roux) of current artists. She was a former business associate of Britney Spears. Christina Aguilera was Xtina years before Lady Gaga hit the scene. In fact, the theme of her The Fame ... Monster albums and costumes are an exact replica of (1980s Euro Pop Diva) Roisin Murphy. There's tons of photo evidence that proves that Lady Gaga aka Stefani G. copied off of Roisin. They was no "creative energy" on Stefani's part or House of Gaga to create Lady Gaga. I must give her credit for being a wonderful entertainer and a pretty decent singer.
