'Gossip Girl's' Blake Lively on 'The Town' and her own Christian Louboutin shoe

Blake Lively is living a charmed life and she knows it.

The bubbly 23-year-old has been out and about promoting the return of "Gossip Girl" and her new movie "The Town," starring opposite Ben Affleck, who's also directing.

On her busy Tuesday (Sept. 14), the lass drops by "Regis & Kelly" to talk about the film, in which she plays years older, and her fabulous time in Paris during which she made pastries for seven hours on her birthday in August and had Christian Louboutin name a shoe after her.

Later, she changed into a slinky peekaboo black gown to attend the Boston premiere of "The Town" at Fenway Park.
