Chris Klein, Faith Evans' DUI sentencing, Celine Dion shows off baby bump

Singer Faith Evans, who was once married to the rapper Notorious B.I.G., was charged wtih two counts of Driving Under the Influence. This stems from Evans' Aug. 21 arrest at a DUI checkpoint near Marina Del Rey. If convicted, she faces up to six months in jail. [TMZ]

Speaking of DUIs, "American Pie" actor Chris Klein was sentenced in his DUI case from his June arrest. He'll serve four days in jail and take part in an 18-month alcohol class. Klein pleaded no contest to drunken driving and will also be on probation for four years. [Reuters]

In happier news, singer Celine Dion has been showing off her new baby bump. Dion and husband Rene Angelil's twin boys are due in November. [OMG]

The U.S. Court of Appeals has overturned a lower court ruling and decided that Eminem's music-publishing company is owed royalties by Universal Music Group (UMG) for music downloaded over iTunes or sold as ringtones. [The Wrap]

Kat Von D and Jesse James have gone officially public with their relationship. Kat says, ""It's pretty obvious that we're dating." She also says she believes Jesse is "the one." [Access Hollywood]
