'Twilight' hunk Taylor Lautner wants his trailer, wants it NOW

Taylor Lautner wants his trailer, dammit!

Now we're sure that TMZ may be putting a little spin on this breaking news that Taylor Lautner is suing McMahon's RV for "emotional distress" and "annoyance" over a tricked-out trailer that was ordered but wasn't delivered on time.

But TMZ does have a copy of the lawsuit in which Taylor claims he made a deal on a personal trailer for a measly $300,000 or so, a trailer he could relax eat and nap in while shooting his new movie, "Abduction." Maybe even entertain possible girlfriends like Emma Roberts (seen above).

According to the suit, the deal was that the trailer would delivered by no later than June 21 ... but it wasn't.  And it's now like Aug 23!

taylor-lauter-emma-roberts-3.jpgLautner claims breach of contract and fraud and wants unspecified damages.
You imagine how upsetting it must be to finally be working on a really, really big movie (not "Twilight") set where you can actually get your own trailer and this happens.

And by the way, according to DisneyDreams, Taylor is rumored to be dating Emma Roberts, whom he met on the set of "Valentine's Day." And they sure do look cute together in the photo (above) taken in the Green Room of the recent 2010 Teen Choice Awards.

Are you thinking what we're thinking?

don't know how much you can spin it. saying you have "emotional distress" is a little out there. he sounds like a diva. millions are losing their homes and can't afford to feed their kids, but hes whinning over an rv? sue them, but dont say you have emotional distress.

The term Emotional Distress is a legal term. When you are filling these things it's like checking the boxes you don't have much choice. My Dad's a lawyer. It is breach of contract. Even if you are super rich, you shouldn't let people take advantage of you. $300,000 is a lot of money and his parents should be teaching him about people that like to take advantage of celebrities. He is only 18 but it's a valuable lesson to learn.

There has got to be something going on between Taylor Lautner and Emma Roberts. They end up together at every event and try to look all innocent. TCA, Oscars, other events. At first I thought it was innocent but i'm starting to suspect something more than just friends.

what kind of RV do you spent 300k on

TMZ just loves drama. I bet it's just a simply law suit with no drama. They guy paid $300,000 for a trailer to be delivered June 21. Two months later, no trailer and no money back. You go to court and seek damages. Happens everyday to everyday Americans. Except we aren't famous and don't have TMZ trying to make it sound like high drama. He works out a lot so the Trailer maybe had special equipment.

tmz isn't the only one reporting this. it's not emotional distress more like a breech of contract. this is more of his daddy's doing vs him, but taylor is going to feel the negative press. there is nothing more irritating to people then have a rich kid whine over a $300,000 rv, esp. in this economy. other site are already turning this into a negative story.

#Jackie: so it's better for a "rich kid" to throw away money? Money he worked for? He should just let people take his money for not doing the work he paid them for? He is being a smart, fugal kid. He doesn't waste his money on drugs and alcohol. He saves it plus takes care of his parents and sister. TMZ started the story with a negative spin, other outlets are just following their lead.

emotional distress is standard lawyer speak. i'm sure it's mostly that he paid for something that wasn't delivered. and wouldn't you be pissed if you paid 300k for something that hasn't arrived and you never received a refund? duh.

Here is a rich kid suing for annoyance and distress, what a joke, we should sue him for putting us through his annoying and boring movies and now this. What a joke!

Everybody that's making comments saying he's a diva. Don't have $300,000 dollars that's real! and don't know how it feels to loss it. I'd go threw more than some emoitonal distress if I loss $1.75 in the soda machine at my office. So, sue their ***** off Taylor!
