Spencer Pratt helped Heidi Montag go potty post-surgery

Heidi Montag may have suffered after her 10 hours of plastic surgery on Nov. 20, 2009. But did her months-long recovery also cause the demise of her marriage?
 
Heidi now blames her multiple plastic surgeries (face, breasts, etc) for her divorce from husband, Spencer Pratt.

"Spencer begged me not to get the first surgery and it almost broke up our relationship," Heidi tells Life & Style about her first 2007 nose job and breast augmentation. "Then he begged me not to get the second one and it did break our relationship."

They'd only been married seven months when Spencer was forced to wait on his new wife hand and foot every minute of every day. Among his responsibilities was helping Heidi pull down her pants so she could go to the bathroom.

Followed, one would assume, by also helping her pull those pants back up. One hopes there wasn't an in between step that he also had to help with.

 "It was just so much pressure," she says. "No one wants to be taking care of his wife -- who looks like she was in a horrific accident -- 24 hours a day, when he begged her not to do it in the first place. Spencer didn't sign up for this in our marriage."

Last time we checked marriage vows say for better or for worse, in sickness and in health. Which could also include sanity and insanity. So in essence, he did sign up for that.

But if she does believe her surgery is what broke up her marriage, why does she want more surgery?
