Sarah Palin to Dr. Laura Schlessinger: 'Don't retreat, reload!'

It's a match made... well, somewhere.As Dr. Laura faces media scrutiny for using a racist slur repeatedly on the air and for her subsequent comments on "Larry King Live," she can rest assured that she has one supporter: Sarah Palin.
Palin posted the following Tweets on Wednesday afternoon:
Dr.Laura:don't retreat...reload! (Steps aside bc her 1st Amend.rights ceased 2exist thx 2activists trying 2silence"isn't American,not fair")
Dr.Laura=even more powerful & effective w/out the shackles, so watch out Constitutional obstructionists. And b thankful 4 her voice,America!

Palin and Dr. Laura have both stated that Laura's First Amendment rights were revoked. It may be interesting to them to learn that actually, the First Amendment - which protects our freedom of speech - actually only protects us from government persecution. Nowhere in the amendment does it say that sponsors can't pull out of your radio show or that protesters can't protest what you say.
After her radio contract is up at the end of the year, Dr. Laura intends to move into the future by focusing more attention on her blogs and books. She makes it clear that she has no intention to retire.

The Goverrnment DOES impose speech restrictions, Miss MacKenzie. One has only to look to the FCC as an example.
The FCC is also proposing other rules to further stiffle speech through commerce and license renewal.

Of course the FCC exists, but the FCC has NOT shut down Dr. Laura.
I was simply pointing out that according to the constitution, Dr. Laura's first amendment rights have not been violated, as no law has been established to prevent her from saying what she wants to say.
"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances."
So what copy and paste is saying is Dr Laura can spread her hate and its OK. Sad!
And this woman wants to be president? Again she shows her total lack of knowledge when it comes to the basics of the Constitution. Nobody's 1st amendment rights were violated. Was Dr. Laura persecuted by our government for her idiotic rant? No. Sorry, Sarah. Wrong again.
Most liberals are dangerous. They want to suppress anyone who disagrees with them. When one of their clowns say something ridiculous - and they do it all the time - it's tolerated or overlooked. There's a Communist in the White House and we're all supposed to worry about what Dr. Laura says and not about our country being ruined a little more every day by him.
Something tells me Sarah wouldn't be crying "1st Amend.rights ceased 2exist" if Dr. Laura had said "retard" over and over again.
How does ONE Communist in the White House manage to ruin a whole country more day by day? Sorry, do you mean Barrack Obama, who belongs to the Democrat Party? I didn't know that Democrats considered themselves Communists or would want to be. Most conservatives are dangerous.
