Sandra Bullock gets 2nd restraining order against stalker

Sandra Bullock just got a three-year restraining order Friday (Aug 6) issued against Thomas James Weldon, who has a long history of allegedly stalking her and recently got out of a mental hospital.

Weldon was ordered to refrain from contacting the actress or Louis Bullock, an infant boy she's adopting.

The order also protects the children of Bullock's ex-husband Jesse James because they occasionally stay with her.

Bullock's first restraining order against Weldon was in 2003. The order expired in 2009 while Weldon was still in a Tennessee mental hospital.

After his release earlier this year, he traveled to Wyoming in an alleged attempt to meet the actress, according to Bullock's attorney Ed McPherson.

Weldon was committed  to a Wyoming state mental hospital this week for an indefinite stay.

According to McPherson, "It's obvious that this fixation on her has not changed despite seven years in the hospital in Tennessee."
