'Real Housewives NJ': Danielle Staub's ex-boyfriend's testimony confirms spotty past
The details of "The Real Housewives of New Jersey's" Danielle Staub's alleged dirty deeds are coming out in court as ex-husband Kevin Maher's attorneys depose those from the reality star's present and past for his defamation case against her.
"She's a snitchin' coke whore," Staub's ex-boyfriend, Daniel Aguilar, told RadarOnline.com, who admitted that after she cooperated with prosecutors he wanted her dead.
In Aguilar's deposition for Maher's case, he has confirmed many of the details we've learned on Staub's life in the 1980s from Maher and his book, "Cop Without a Badge," when she was known as Beverly Merrill and Angela Minelli. Aguilar took part in her crimes of drug dealing and extortion. After she made a plea deal and testified for the prosecution, Aguilar spent time in jail.
He describes meeting Staub when he called an escort agency and she was sent over. They began dating soon after and he provided her with drugs, which she intended to sell.
Aguilar says things went awry when she lied about having four kilos of cocaine stolen from her and she pinned the whole thing on a young man, who they eventually held for ransom. After they tried to extort $25,000 from the man's father with no success, Aguilar claims Staub went crazy and pistol-whipped the young man.
"She got pissed off at him and started beating him with the 9mm," says Aguilar before he grabbed the gun from Staub. "It was like, bam, bam, bam."
After beating him, Staub called the man's father and threatened to kill him if he didn't send over the money. The man's father finally gave in after that.
Aguilar and Staub were eventually arrested and charged with extortion and intent to distribute cocaine before she escaped jail time by making the plea deal.
