Playmate Karissa Shannon, Heidi Montag have sex tape that Spencer Pratt stole

Another crazy Heidi Montag/Spencer Pratt story? Must be a day that ends in "y."

This time, Playmate Karissa Shannon tells Radaronline, "There is a sex tape of me and Heidi [Montag]," though the Playboy bunny wants us all to know that Spencer Pratt was not there when it was made.

First of all, we can totally see why she would want that fact made clear. *shiver*

Secondly, we are shocked that Shannon got Montag away from Pratt long enough to film some sexcapades -- it seems like that nutjob keeps Montag on lockdown most of the time.

But the story is not over. Apparently ... Pratt stole the sex tape from Shannon's camera and has been taunting Heidi all week that he's going to release it.

If it's not one thing with those two, it's another. Shannon says she has no plans to promote the tape and didn't want anybody to see it, but then -- why in God's name would you make a sex tape with Heidi Montag?! Of course, this is also the girl who literally kisses her sister, so ... we don't even know.

Our brain hurts.
