Montana Fishburne tells Brian Pumper 'That was practice porn!'

Montana Fishburne wants porn star Brian Pumper to stop selling a video "Phattys Rhymes & Dimes 14" because it contains footage of intimate sex scenes that Montana and Brian, um, did.

She claims she never agreed to the release of that footage because it was just a warm-up, practice sessions, rehearsals, sex tape foreplay, if you get my drift.

The legal letter sent to Pumper claims that Montana only agreed to "practice" with Pumper in order to get ready for her big debut with Vivid Entertainment, reports TMZ.

Montana said she made it clear the additional footage was not supposed to be sold.  And, well, Pumper claims that he has a 7-page written contract and a video contract. In a radio interview, he says "This b**** is dumb," "b****, you signed on the dotted  line" and he even calls her the R-Word.

How is she affording all this legal battle with Pumper? She may be getting financial assistance from a family source.

Although Montana Fishburne claims that her famous daddy, Laurence Fishburne, wants nothing to do with her. She even told one (porn) magazine "I'm not doing s*** to him but f***ing and having my career."

But he's still helping out. TMZ reports that Laurence hired Montana's lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, to represent her in an ongoing assault with a deadly weapon charge to help get her life back on track.
 
Is her father also funding her porn war with Pumper? Pumper, now there's a name a dad's just gotta love.
