Mel Gibson crashes Maserati after returning baby to Oksana Gregorieva
Mel Gibson had custody of his 8-month old daughter, Lucia, last weekend. It was the first time in a few weeks because he had been with two of his sons on vacation in Fiji.About 1 1/2 hours after Lucia was returned to her mother -- Oksana Gregorieva -- on Sunday (Aug 15) evening, Mel mysteriously crashed his 2008 Maserati into a rocky hillside on Malibu Canyon Road
According to TMZ, he reportedly lost control of the expensive sports car. He stayed at the scene. The car was towed. Gibson was given a ride home by a friend after telling the police that he had no idea how the car ran into the hillside.
Gibson told inquisitive officers that he wasn't on a cell phone. They also asked if he had dozed off at the wheel but officers said he didn't give a firm "yes" or a firm "no." He just repeated, "I don't know how the car left the roadway."
According to the report, DUI is not suspected.
OK, so maybe Mel wasn't talking to anyone on his cell. Maybe he was just leaving an insane and obscene screaming rant on an answering machine.
It's possible.

If someone pushed my buttons, claimed to be recording phone calls for her safety and then didn't give them to police nor call police, therefore clearly and calmly plotting extortion and ultimately destroying my career there is no way the two should occupy the same space for even a second.
If he just came from seeing the person responsible for this violation of privacy, I would expect him to at least black out behind the wheel.
People like to make a big joke out of it, but frankly I'd much rather he go OJ on Oksana than kill himself. I can only hope that common sense rules in the extortion case and visiting rights with mommy are through glass at a correctional facility.
So you want Gibson to "go OJ" on his ex...meaning, I assume, that you want him to decapitate the mother of his child...how nice...you are just as much of a psychopath as Gibson.
Lucky for Mel he ran into a wall and didn't go over a cliff like Dr. Ryan. Distracted drivers are the cause of 80% of all highway accidents. Where the problem lies is that so many innocent people suffer for the mistakes of others.
