Heidi Montag to downsize her breasts, can't live a 'normal' life

Well, now we find out why Heidi Montag was so distraught over the death of her plastic surgeon, Dr. Frank Ryan, when his car went off a cliff in Malibu.

Not that they weren't close friends. But it seems she's having second thoughts about the huge breast implants that Dr. Ryan put in. Now she wants them downsized, which is good news since she had been planning to have her sweater puppies made even bigger.

 "I'm desperate to go back to normal," she confides to Life & Style. "I'm downgrading and going a little smaller, to a D or a double D."

OK, DD is so not "back to normal" for a woman with her small frame. But she's moving in the right direction.

It's been nine months since her body makeover, but Heidi is still in severe pain and her body can't handle the weight of those gigantic implants. 

"I was taking painkillers but they weren't working so I stopped. It hurt either way," 

She literally can't hug her dogs or wear normal clothing. Is there a Big and Extra Large Breast boutique? And the darn things are so huge, she can't even work out anymore. Forget about going for a run.

"I'm obsessed with fitness but it's impossible to work out with these boobs," she says. "It's heartbreaking. I can't live an everyday life."

"I feel trapped in my own body," Heidi admits. That's almost as bad as being trapped in her own mind.
