'Twilight: Eclipse' cast coming soon -- in person -- to a theater near you

Twihards heading to the theater to see "Eclipse" this weekend may get an extra-special surprise: A member of the movie's cast watching along with them."Twilight Saga" producer Summit Entertainment is dispatching about 20 members of the "Eclipse" cast to cities across the country (and two in Canada) to drop in on showings of the movie. It's a way for the actors "to show their appreciation for their fans, and thanking them for all of the excitement, enthusiasm and support they have shown."
The pop-ins start Friday (July 2) and will run through the weekend in the following locales: Atlanta, Chicago, Clifton, N.J., Dallas, Detroit, Jacksonville, Fla., Kansas City, Mo., Kona, Hawaii, Long Island, N.Y., Los Angeles, Minneapolis, Nashville, New Orleans, New York City, Orange County, Calif., Paramus, N.J., Phoenix, San Francisco, Toronto, Vancouver and the Washington, D.C. metro area.
Now, Summit isn't saying which cast members are going to what cities -- if we were in the film we would have lobbied for Kona -- or at what theaters they'll appear. In L.A. County alone, the movie is playing in more than 50 theaters and multiplexes, and it's on multiple screens in a lot of them, so the odds of you catching an in-person glimpse of R-Patz or K-Stew -- or, you know, Peter Facinelli or Elizabeth Reaser or Jackson Rathbone -- aren't necessarily high.
Which, of course, just means that Summit hopes you keep buying tickets to multiple shows. As if "Eclipse," which has already pulled in more than $92 million in two days of release, really needed the help.
